The Lavender Artisan Ice Cream Shop started as a family business, and since then we have been making our ice creams with heart and soul. We are proud to produce our products without artificial additives, using high quality ingredients, taking into account the latest gastronomic trends and the needs of our customers.

Our aim is to bring quality, artisan ice creams to everyday life and special occasions. We offer a unique taste experience with each ice cream, whether it's traditional or new and exciting flavour combinations. We also cater to the needs of people with food allergies and special dietary requirements, offering sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free options.

Our philosophy and operations

Levendula is not just an ice cream parlour, it's a community where our guests can go on a taste journey as well as a quality break. The atmosphere in our shops is friendly and intimate, where guests can enjoy a special experience with their ice cream of choice. In winter and summer, we offer a varied selection: hot chocolate and hand-made bonbons in the cooler months, and refreshing ice creams in the warmer months.

We want to continue to expand our presence nationwide to bring the artisanal ice cream experience to more people. Our franchise system allows us to grow our number of outlets with entrepreneurial partners, while maintaining our high quality standards and community-focused approach.
